workspace and inspiration

As soon as I finish a new product I hang it up on the wall in front of my workspace.
I did the same a few days ago when I finished the cactus set (notebook + jotter).
Two days ago I added a pom pom that was laying around my desk just because I liked the composition.
Yesterday I hang up this necklace I made for myself a few months ago and one of the stickers I use to close the packages I send.

Do you know something? I liked them so much all together that I decided to expand the kind of products I do. So now I'm working on an entire new collection of simple, but quirky, geometrical inspired kind of necklaces.
And what about that little sticker? I'm going to make more designs and sell them very soon!

Do you get inspired by random things? Do you use your creations to make that extra little step?

  3. I think it's common among creative people, having a taste for the random and finding inspiration in strange places... It's a great way to see the world, I wouldn't have it any other way!

My desk faces a wall where I hang inspiring bits and ideas. I even have similar clothespins! Although mine are black. :)
    Great blog —off to explore!
